I had an amazing time at Kaua'i Marriott celebrating our anniversary. The resort boasts stunning views and a fantastic pool area, which makes it easy to overlook minor issues. Although the dining options left a bit to be desired, the hospitality and activities available for families were impressive. However, there were some concerns about service experiences that should be addressed. Overall, a beautiful location for a getaway.
We spent six nights at this hotel during our honeymoon in Kauai, but the experience left us wanting more. While the room was spacious and provided a decent view of the pool and harbor, the lack of upgrades despite our Platinum Elite status was disappointing. The construction noise near the pool completely ruined our relaxation time, which unfortunately made our stay less enjoyable than expected. Overall, the hotel has some pros, like the helpful concierge and on-site restaurants, but there are significant areas that need improvement.
Kauai is an amazing place to relax, and the Marriott Beach Club offers a cozy and clean atmosphere that feels intimate. The pool is one of the highlights, and I loved how easy it is to access the beach right outside. However, the dining options could use improvement, and some of the room types seem outdated, which is disappointing given the price.
I had a pleasant stay at the Kauai Marriott but it didn't quite meet my expectations in a few areas. The hotel itself is beautiful with stunning grounds and a large pool, but I was disappointed by the outdated rooms and the frustrating towel system. While the beach was fun, the lack of direct ocean views from the lobby was a letdown. Overall, I enjoyed my time but felt the service could definitely improve.
This Marriott resort offers a great experience for families, featuring a large pool and beautiful beach access. The friendly staff embodies the Aloha spirit, making for a pleasant stay. However, it may not be ideal for honeymooners due to the family-oriented atmosphere and some concerns about room maintenance. Overall, a decent value for a tropical vacation.
